Corbie Creative
Creative operations, better together

Your creative strategy is stuck. Let's find out why and fix it.

Corbie is a creative-operations practice for companies that have outgrown one designer, one freelancer, or one overloaded owner. We start by finding what is actually broken, then build the right-sized answer. Behind it is a bigger dream: a community of independent creatives who share the work, the learning, and the upside.

Crows study the puzzle before they reach for the tool. So do we.

01
How it works

Discovery.

You tell us what you think the problem is. No cost, no pitch. We read it, pull out what stood out, and spend about twenty minutes on it together.

02
How it works

Diagnosis.

A plain read on what is broken, what is fine, and what size of help fits. Hire, freelance, build a team, or nothing at all.

03
How it works

Design.

You get a full blueprint of the design and everything needed to build it and scale it, scoped in writing before anything starts. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need us, and we will say so.

Who is behind this

The ignition.

I'm Callie, the ignition behind Corbie. I have built and led in-house creative teams at two firms. After my role was “replaced by AI and vendors,” I wasn't sure what I wanted to do next. I loved my team, and I loved the energy that came from coaching and building different pieces of design each day.

I applied to a few roles and realized I wouldn't get far without a portfolio to show what I could do. With my designs locked under an NDA, I knew I'd be starting from scratch. So now I'm using Claude and ChatGPT as my tools to build Corbie in public: a portfolio and a promise.

LOG 001 · AUGUST 2026 · WHY THIS EXISTS

Cof is the build journal behind Corbie. It started as a way to track what I did each day and the progress I was making, and to give Claude something to reference, since every chat basically started over, even inside projects.

It comes from the idea that “AI and vendors” were supposedly going to replace me. (Hilarious, considering how many times I had to teach people at my firm basic PowerPoint.) So I set out to learn how to work better with the new tools and see what I could build.

The log shows how I improve over time, and it is honest about what I used AI for and which ideas and designs were mine.
